Helge-Gansett Starts 114-Unit Residential Community in Revere
Helge-Gansett has launched construction SORA Revere, a seven-story, 114-unit community in Revere, MA. Helge-Gansett is a joint venture between Newton, MA-based Helge Capital and Boston, MA-based Gansett Ventures.
SORA Revere is a transit-oriented project that aligns with the vision of the City of Revere as a top tier living destination. It is also a short walk from Revere Beach and the Beachmont MBTA station, a five-minute drive to Logan International Airport, and a quick train ride into Downtown Boston.
The property, which is named for the small waterbird that whistles through the Belle Isle Marsh and its walking trails directly across the street, will include ground floor retail space.
“The project revitalizes a long vacant and underutilized site, and will add employment, drive economic growth, and increase transit-oriented housing availability in the city,” said Caleb Manchester, president and CEO of Gansett Ventures
SORA Revere was designed by Embarc Design, and Rubicon is general contractor.
