Heitman Adds SVP in Client Services

Scott Napier (pictured) has joined Heitman LLC as SVP, client service and marketing. Based at Heitman’s Chicago headquarters, he’s now responsible for supporting the firm’s initiatives and clients within the sub-advisory and financial intermediary channels.

“Scott joins Heitman with deep experience working with independent and wirehouse broker dealers, RIAs, third party, and institutional investors, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients in this growing and important base of real estate investors,” said James Gruver, Heitman global sales leader.

Before joining Heitman, Napier was head of intermediary and third-party distribution at Pzena Investment Management, Inc. He also held senior roles across several retail platforms, including at OppenheimerFunds, Inc. and Invesco.

“Intermediaries continue to demand a higher level of sophistication and investment excellence from their investment management partners,” said Napier.
