Kidder Mathews has welcomed Heidi Ray as Senior Vice President and Director of Engineering and Sustainability for Asset Services across the firm’s 21 West Coast locations. Ray, based in Bellevue, WA, is directly responsible for Kidder’s building engineering teams and drives clients’ progressive energy management and sustainability initiative.

Ray’s 25 years of experience includes stints as Head of Facilities at Aptevo Therapeutics and Senior Director of Facilities and Operations at Silverback Therapeutics.
