Heidi Learner Joins CBRE Global Investors as Americas Research Head

Heidi Learner has joined CBRE Global Investors as the Americas head of real assets research, based in New York City. This role formally acknowledges the expansion of the firm’s platform to include infrastructure as well as real estate, and the extension of the Americas team to cover Canada along with the U.S.

“We are thrilled to have Heidi join our world-class research team at CBRE Global Investors,” said Sabina Kalyan, global chief economist for CBRE Global Investors. “With nearly three decades of experience, Heidi brings with her a wealth of knowledge and insight about investment markets and trends.”

Learner joins CBRE Global Investors from Savills, where she served as chief economist since 2012 and the firm’s thought leader. She said, “I look forward to working closely with CBRE Global Investors’ various research teams and having the unique ability to collaborate with CBRE, tapping into the parent company’s global footprint.”
