HeartSciences Inks Southlake Lease for HQ Relocation
HeartSciences, a medical device manufacturer formerly known as Heart Test Labortories, signed a deal for more than 4,6oo square feet of office space in Southlake, Texas’s bustling town square.
Situated in the new 158,000-square-foot Granite Place I building at 550 Reserve St., the location will serve as HeartSciences’ new headquarters. The move takes the company from Solana Business Park in nearby Westlake, TX.
JLL’s Steve Thelen and Kimarie Ankenbrand represented the tenant in negotiations, while North Texas-based Granite Properties’ Burson Holman and Avery Bush advised the landlord.
