Healy Electric Contracting Signs 16K-SF Lease in Thornwood 

Simone Development Companies has announced that Healy Electric Contracting signed a lease for 16,750 square feet at 1 Zeiss Drive in Thornwood, NY. Ownership was represented by Michael and Frank Rao from New York Commercial Realty Group (NYCRG), while the tenant was represented by William Cuddy from CBRE. 

Situated on 12 landscaped acres, 1 Zeiss Drive is a 120,000-square-foot, two-story industrial/flex/office building. It features six loading docks, three drive-in doors, 14′-18′ ceiling heights, direct loading from the second floor with two overhead doors, and 190 parking spaces. The campus-like setting includes an atrium lobby, conference rooms, cafeteria, and office space. Current tenants include Home Depot, DiBari Engineering, and Piedmont Plastics. 

Approximately 55,000 square feet of warehouse and office space on the second floor is available for lease, offering flexible divisions and reinforced floor loads, with two drive-in doors.
