InterSystems Corporation, a Boston-based data management and healthcare information systems corporation, will relocate its corporate headquarters to the One Congress building in downtown Boston. The tower is now 100% leased.

John Barry, Peter McQuaid and Jeff Landers of CBRE represented One Congress while Dave Fitzgerald and Tim Howe of CBRE represented InterSystems Corporation.

The one-million-square-foot office development — owned through a joint venture between Carr Properties and National Real Estate Advisors, LLC — is expected to be completed at the end of 2022. The HYM Investment Group serves as the local developer; Carr Properties will manage One Congress upon completion.

State Street Corporation and K&L Gates will serve as anchor tenants in addition to InterSystems Corporation.
