Healthcare Law Firm Frier Levitt Joins One World Trade Center Roster

The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said Monday that national healthcare and life sciences law firm Frier Levitt signed a lease for 7,539 square feet on the 45th floor at One World Trade Center. The office tower has continued to diversify its tenant roster beyond the TAMI sector with a recent growing base of finance, insurance and real estate companies as well as law.

“Frier Levitt’s decision to join One World Trade Center, alongside a host of renewed commitments from other companies, affirms the World Trade Center’s standing as the workplace of choice for innovative firms that value first-class amenities, seamless transit connections and a vibrant, inspiring environment,” said Jolene Yeats, World Trade Center director at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

The Durst Organization was represented in house by Eric Engelhardt and Karen Rose and by Newmark’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein, Jason Greenstein, and Nathan Kropp. Jared Horowitz and Daniel Appel of Newmark represented Frier Levitt.
