DaVita HealthCare Partners, a kidney care and physician’s network outfit, is moving from Torrance to El Segundo and taking up 185,000 square feet there in the Apollo at Rosecrans office complex. The 10-year lease is valued at about $115 million.
The company is going into a spruced up 130,000-square-foot building and is also taking just over 54,000 square feet in a nearby dwelling. The firm plans to occupy the campus, owned by Invesco Real Estate and SSV Properties, in December.
CBRE represented the landlords in the deal, while JLL brokered the transaction for DaVita.
