Healthcare Associates Relocating from Irving to Plano

Healthcare Associates of Texas is relocating its corporate headquarters from 6161 SH 161 in Irving, TX to new digs in Plano’s International Business Park. To that end, the primary care, practice-management company signed a 20,258-square-foot lease at the office building at 6500 International Pkwy. The space will be available for move-in by March 2019.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Heidelbaugh and Cribb Altman represented the tenant it its property search and lease. Landlord Billingsley Co. was represented by Trevor Franke and Gini Rounsaville of Peloton Commercial Real Estate.

The company had been situated in Irving for more than 20 years, and is relocating to accommodate ongoing growth. “After a thorough evaluation of submarkets all over the Metroplex, Healthcare Associates of Texas chose International Business Park because it offered convenient access off the North Dallas Tollway, and a quick timeline for move in,” Altman said.
