Health Services Provider NAMI Chicago Signs Old Town Lease

Cresa’s Ryan Foran and Jonathan Zeitler represented NAMI Chicago in a new 10,058-square-foot lease at Old Town Park, 224 W. Hill Street in Chicago. The mental health services provider will relocate from its current location at 1801 W. Warner in Chicago, where it occupies approximately 6,500 square feet. Madison Rose’s Abby McFayden represented the owner, Onni Group, in the transaction.

Built in 2021, the mixed-use property is located where the Old Town and River North neighborhoods meet. The property features 80,000 square feet of office space on floors four and five, ground floor retail and luxury rental apartments.

“Relocating to Old Town Park allows NAMI Chicago to expand its service offerings, enhance team collaboration, and foster a greater sense of community among employees, clients and supporters,” said Ryan Foran, a senior vice president with Cresa’s Chicago office.
