Health Provider Signs Long-Term Lease in Indiana
Enhabit Home Health and Hospice, a home health and hospice services provider, has signed a long-term lease at 20 E US HWY 30 in Schererville, Indiana.
Positioned on the main thoroughfare of US HWY 30, this location will now serve as a strategic location for Enhabit Home Health and Hospice’s continued growth and operations in a growing community.
The landlord in this transaction was represented by Chandler Kimmel, Associate Broker at Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial. “We are happy to welcome Enhabit Home Health and Hospice to 20 E US HWY 30,” said Kimmel. “We are thrilled to have facilitated this partnership and look forward to seeing Enhabit’s success in serving the community.”
