Headwall Adds to Houston Strip Center Portfolio

Headwall Investments acquired a 34,613-square-foot shopping center in Spring called Shops on Gosling, its third in the Houston metro area. In the Houston area, the company acquired the Old Mill Retail Center in Sugar Land in January 2025 and Fairmont Crossing Retail Center in Pasadena in September 2024.

Headwall specializes in centers without anchor tenants. The properties in Headwall’s unanchored strip center portfolio number 19 and are located in 11 Texas municipalities. They contain 200 tenant spaces, primarily service providers such as restaurants, hair salons, and cafes.

Headwall, founded in 2019, has an expanding portfolio of about 645,000 square feet across the Austin, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston regions. Its portfolio now surpasses $70 million.
