‘headquarters by WeWork’ Brand Enters LA & Seattle Metros

WeWork’s bespoke offer aimed at medium-sized businesses, called ‘headquarters by WeWork,’ is entering two new markets: Los Angeles and Seattle’s Bellevue submarket. In total, six new headquarters by WeWork locations are set for Los Angeles, Bellevue, New York City and San Francisco, comprising a total of 106,750 square feet. With these latest additions, headquarters by WeWork has now signed more than a million square feet of space for its members.

WeWork’s Granit Gjonbalaj says, “We’re delighted that headquarters by WeWork will be entering L.A. and Bellevue, two exciting cities where we already have a significant WeWork presence.”

The three Los Angeles locations include:
8305 Sunset: nearly 11,050 square feet at Venice Investments’ building, expected to open fall 2019.

1453 3rd Street Promenade: more than 14,430 square feet at Maxxam Enterprises’ building, expected to open fall 2019.

1547 9th Street: 5,800 square feet at Langdon Street Capital’s building, expected to open summer 2019.

The location in Bellevue includes:
10885 Northeast 4th Street: 14,500 square feet at Hines’ Summit 2, expected to open winter of 2019.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
