HCB Realty Partners Facilitates Joliet Warehouse Lease

HCB Realty Partners has facilitated a 52,000-square-foot lease at 2700 McDonough Street in Joliet, Illinois.

Brian Etten of HCB Realty represented The Brothers Pallet in the lease at the 624,000-square-foot former Caterpillar manufacturing facility. Shamus Conneely and Chris Condon of John Green Real Estate represented ownership in the transaction.

This represents The Brothers Pallet’s second Chicagoland location. Originally built in 1969, the building now serves a variety of manufacturing and distribution-focused tenants. 

The unit features a 24’ clear height, 6 docks and ample trailer parking. The facility offers 43 docks, 20 to 28-foot clear heights, large bay sizes, and significant trailer parking and storage. Tenants include Rehrig Penn Logistics, Inc. and Jeep Transport, LLC.
