Haynes and Boon take over 125,000 sf of Dallas's Harwood No 14

Haynes and Boone Makes Long-Planned Dallas Office Move

National law firm Haynes and Boone has relocated its Dallas offices to Harwood No. 14, a recently completed building developed by Harwood International. The law firm’s 330 employees will occupy 125,000 square feet of the 360,000 feet available at the new downtown Dallas location after preleasing the space during the building’s development stages. The company agreed to move to Harwood No. 14 over three years ago. Haynes and Boone is now the anchor tenant at Harwood No. 14, occupying five and a half floors at the 27-story property. The tenant invested $24 million to develop its new offices.

Commercial Edge reports the tenant moved from its previous offices at One Victory Park, a skyscraper in uptown Dallas, where it occupied the space since 2008.

The space encompasses multi-use common areas and individual offices. Located at 2801 N. Harwood St., the building is part of the Harwood District, a master-planned enclave spanning 19 city blocks.
