Hayden Properties Ends Hold on 149-Unit Castle Hills Townhomes

Hayden Properties LLC of Oregon ended its close to five-year hold on Castle Hills Townhomes, selling the 149-unit asset on San Antonio’s north side to an Austin buyer. The buyer is operating under the entity name 1947 Larkspur Drive LLC.

Scott LaMontagne, Moses Siller and Zar Haro represented the buyer in the transaction.

Situated on 7.9 acres at 1947 Larkspur Dr., Castle Hill Townhomes delivered in 1997. The property, which is near San Antonio International Airport, offers one, two and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 732 to 1,224 square feet. Community amenities include a swimming pool, on-site management and an outdoor kitchen.
