Haven Realty Capital Acquires $42M, 151-Home BFR Community in Fountain Inn
Haven Realty Capital, with partner CenterSquare Investment Management, has closed on the first phase of a $41.8 million acquisition of a 151-home build-for-rent community now under construction in the Greenville, SC suburb of Fountain Inn.
The JV will close on the remaining homes in phases over the next 12 months. The 32-acre rental home community is expected to be completed in spring 2023.
Foxchase, built by seller Crescent Homes, will include 87 single family homes and 64 townhomes offering three-, four- and five-bedroom homes as large as 3,040 square feet. Each home features a private yard and direct access two-car garage.
The 32-acre community is near Fountain Inn’s primary retail artery and has easy access to I-385 for the 20-mile drive to Downtown Greenville.
In February 2021, the partnership acquired Harrison Landing Townes, a 166-home community in Simpsonville, SC. The partnership also owns a 127-home rental community under construction in Atlanta, GA.
