Harwood No. 14 is Firm’s Tallest Office Tower

Harwood International recently broke ground on its tallest office development. Towering at 27 stories, Harwood No. 14 will be centrally located in the 19-city block Harwood District.

The tower’s design is heavily influenced by nature. It features a two-story lobby with stairs blending indoor/outdoor features, a finned curtainwall system that is the first in Dallas, open-air pocket gardens, a 17,000-square-foot rooftop and sky garden complementing Harwood No. 10’s sky gardens across the street.

The lease agreement with Dallas’ largest law firm Haynes and Boone LLP marked the initial lease at Harwood No. 14. Haynes and Boone will relocate to approximately 125,000 square feet in Harwood No. 14 in 2023. Andy Leatherman, Brooke Armstrong and Brad Selner of JLL negotiated the lease with John Lee, Hannah Waidmann and Kelly Whaley of Harwood International.
