Harwood Adding No. 15 to its Thriving District
Harwood International is building a 23-story tower in Dallas that will total more than 340,000 square feet. Called Harwood No. 15, the project will add to the stable of projects within the 19-block Harwood District.
Harwood No. 15 is offering up a number of uptown amenities including saunas, steam rooms, and cold plunge, along with a fitness center, 20,000-square-foot rooftop park, and tech-focused conference center. A new restaurant will be added. Construction is set to begin in mid-2024 and to be complete in late 2026.
Kengo Kuma & Associates of Japan and Dallas-based Corgan will serve as architects on the project, along with Harwood’s in-house design and construction management teams. The Harwood District projects average 93% capacity.
