Full-service law firm Hartman Simons & Wood LLP has signed a 17,000-square-foot lease at Platinum Tower, a 17-story office tower in Atlanta’s Cumberland submarket. The space will serve as Hartman Simons’ headquarters.

Located at 400 Interstate North Parkway, Platinum Tower is a 312,591-square-foot office tower situated at the juncture of I-75 and I-285. It offers sweeping, 360-degree views of the Atlanta metro area from every floor, as well as a comprehensive tenant amenity package including full-service conference facilities, an on-site café, fitness center, on-site property management, 24/7 security and a seven-level parking garage. The property resides near local amenities such as the Cumberland Galleria, Truist Park and the Chattahoochee nature trails.
