Harsch Launches Another Development in North Las Vegas

Portland, OR-based Harsch Investment Properties started development of a 167,444-square-foot building located at 6101 North Hollywood Blvd., within Speedway Commerce Center IV in North Las Vegas. Speedway Commerce Center already has 2.65 million square feet of existing space, and Harsch owns and operates nearly three million square feet in North Las Vegas.

Harsch Investment Properties’ John D. Ramous says, “This latest building is a testament to demand for high-quality industrial space in the Las Vegas area.”

The facility features the same Class A features in Speedway Commerce Center III, including 32-foot minimum warehouse clear height, 1.4-per-1,000-square-foot parking ratio, 50-foot concrete aprons, LED warehouse and office lighting, ample dock-high and grade level loading, ESFR Sprinklers with K17 rating, 60-foot speed bays, energy efficient evaporative coolers, and modern turn-key office suites within each unit.

JLL’s Jason Simon, Rob Lujan and Xavier Wasiak are overseeing leasing at the property.

There is still time to join us tomorrow for Connect Bay Area at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco. Get more information, and register to attend on this link.
