Harsch Expands Puget Sound Portfolio with Auburn Business Park
Portland-based Harsch Investment Properties acquired 30th & B Street Business Park in Auburn for $14.7 million. The property consists of four buildings totaling 101,460 square feet on 6.03 acres at B Street NW and 30th Street NW.
Previously held as a partnership between Accord Business Park, LLC, D&E Enterprises, LLC, Green Valley Ridge Partners, and LLC & TDW Auburn, LLC, the off-market deal was brought to Harsch by Neil Walter Company’s Jim Honan.
The business park is located near SR-167 and Highway 18 with access to both I-5 and I-405 in a submarket with little remaining land to build small bay flex space. The buildings were fully leased with 19 manufacturing tenants.
Harsch’s Rob Aigner says, “We have wanted to add to our portfolio in the Kent Valley for the last few years and this project gave us the opportunity to do just that.” Harsch currently operates 17 properties in the Puget Sound region.
