Harsch Adjusts Assignments for Seven in Seattle, Portland
Portland-based Harsch Investment Properties plans new leadership assignments for several key team members. The changes involve seven people in both its Seattle and Portland operations.
The new roles include:
Lisa Rummel (pictured) was promoted to Vice President of Operations, Westside in Portland. She has spent nearly two decades managing mixed-use assets and industrial parks in Oregon and Washington. Rummel joined Harsch in 2001 and now leads a team that manages a portfolio of 1.7 million square feet of commercial real estate ranging from office, multifamily and industrial flex properties. Prior to Harsch, she worked for such CRE firms as Trammel Crow, Unico Properties and Norris, Beggs & Simpson.
Jake Roselli was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Leasing for Harsch’s Seattle portfolio, and Andrew Goodman was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Development in Portland.
Emily Matza was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Westside Leasing in Portland, and Michele Micciche was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Operations in Downtown Portland.
Meg Perry was promoted to Senior Property Manager in Portland, and Aaron D’Agostini was promoted to Senior Property Manager in Portland.
