Harlem Elevator Apartment Buildings Go for $16.5M

Ariel Property Advisors arranged the sale of two six-story elevator buildings totaling 109,530 square feet at 226 & 259 W. 144th St. in Harlem for $16,500,000. The buildings house 110 residential units and one ground-floor commercial unit.

An Ariel team comprised of founding partner Victor Sozio, president and founder Shimon Shkury, associate director Gabriel Elyaszadeh and director of research & sales Remi Mandell represented the seller. Buyer and seller were not disclosed.

According to Ariel, the two properties are well-positioned in Harlem, a neighborhood that continues to attract investors due to its ongoing revitalization and proximity to commercial corridors and cultural landmarks. The properties also offer convenient access to the A, B, C, D, and 3 subway lines and the rest of the city.
