HARIBO Signs Lease for New, Larger Space in Kenosha
HARIBO, the world’s largest manufacturer of gummi products, is expanding by moving to a bigger facility in Kenosha County. HSA Commercial executed a full-building lease with HARIBO of America, Inc., at its Bristol Highlands Commerce Center East development, a 68-acre industrial park in Bristol, Wisconsin.
Located near Interstate 94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border, the 447,216 square feet deal is the largest industrial lease executed in the Southeast Wisconsin submarket last quarter. HARIBO currently occupies the 157,656-square-foot Building 1 at Bristol Highlands Commerce Center East, just two miles from the company’s production plant in Pleasant Prairie.
Upon completion of the interior buildout, those warehousing and distribution operations will move from Building 1 to Building 3, located at 9403 136th Avenue. “This expansion is also a testament to the desirability of the I-94 corridor, which has attracted many new speculative industrial developments,” said Robert Smietana, President and CEO of HSA Commercial Real Estate.

Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 will take place on March 5, 2024, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois. Click here for more information and to register.
