HARIBO Lease Brings First Phase of Wisconsin Industrial to Full Occupancy

HARIBO of America, Inc., has executed a 157,656-square-foot, full-building lease at HSA Commercial Real Estate’s Bristol Highlands Commerce Center, a 68-acre industrial park in Bristol, WI, near the Wisconsin-Illinois border. The deal means the first phase of Bristol Highlands Commerce Center, which was completed in 2020 and includes a larger 472,176-square-foot warehouse, is now fully leased.

“HARIBO’s growing footprint in southeast Wisconsin is further testament to the global visibility and desirability of the I-94 corridor, which today is widely regarded as a critical link in domestic supply chains,” said Robert Smietana, vice chairman and CEO of HSA Commercial Real Estate. He added that even with HSA’s three million square feet of construction in progress or proposed, “demand continues to outpace supply.”

Whit Heitman, Sam Badger and Jared Paff of CBRE represented HARIBO. Jeff Hoffman of Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke and Eric Fischer of Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership.
