Hardy Properties at Intercontinental Pivots with Move-In Ready Spaces

Move-in ready flex and industrial spaces are available at Hardy Properties at Intercontinental. The 865,000-square-foot business park is located at 15534 West Hardy Rd. in Houston.

“To combat the effects of COVID-19, we have decided to pivot and implement a new strategy,” said Hal Pontez, CEO of Hardy Properties Intercontinental. “Move-in ready spaces have become very successful and make things much easier for our tenants.”

Lee & Associates Houston reports increased demand for move-in ready and industrial-flex spaces with the recent influx of businesses transitioning to remote work.

“Creating these spaces has become essential as we continue to see downsizing in office spaces and some companies going completely remote,” said John Gazzola, director at Lee & Associates–Houston. “Businesses are looking for more economical and more accessible options, and we believe the spaces at Hardy Properties Intercontinental will be appealing to a variety of companies looking for a quick and streamlined move-in.”

The Hardy Properties business park is locally owned and located in the North Houston District, which is home to multiple energy, logistics, technology, healthcare and manufacturing companies. The district has partnerships for economic development with the Greater Houston Partnership and North Houston Economic Development Center. Real estate development and reinvestment is expected to expand on its 20 million square feet of leasing space.
