Harbor Stone Advisors Facilitates Sale of Baltimore Townhome Portfolio

Harbor Stone Advisors has orchestrated the sale of The R.E.D. Townhome Portfolio, which features 200 units across three properties in Northwest Baltimore City.

Harbor Stone Advisors President Justin Verner, Director Brooks Healy, Senior Advisor Tom Wohlgemuth, and Advisor Kevin Landolphi served as exclusive advisors to the seller, CT Group. The properties in suburban neighborhoods in NW Baltimore across 200 units with a mix of townhome layouts and amenities.

The Rosalind, Elgin, and Dolfield Townhomes properties are conveniently located near major highways and public transportation stops. The buildings offer easy access to major employment centers, such as Downtown Baltimore, as well as Sinai Hospital, Coppin State University and the U.S. Social Security Administration.
