Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of Oxford Hills apartments in St. Louis on behalf of Harbor Group International

Harbor Group Trades St. Louis Apartments to FPA

Cushman & Wakefield’s Midwest Multifamily Team negotiated the sale of the Oxford Hills multifamily development in St. Louis on behalf of seller Harbor Group International. The sale price was undisclosed. 
 
The Midwest Multifamily Team of Matt Stephens, Hannah Ott and George Tikijian represented Harbor Group in its transaction with FPA Multifamily.   
 
Located at 10304 Oxford Hills Dr. in St. Louis, the property includes 480 units, with 162 one-bed, one-bath; 212 two-bed, two-bath; 20 two-bed, one-bath; and 86 three-bed, two-bath. “Oxford Hills offered a great combination of location and amenities and the opportunity to add value,” said Stephens, a director in Cushman & Wakefield’s St. Louis office.
