Harbor Freight Tools Hammers Out 230K-SF HQ Deal in Calabasas
Majestic Asset Management, Inc. signed a 228,990-square-foot, 15-year lease with Harbor Freight Tools at Corporate Center Calabasas. The space will serve as the company’s new corporate headquarters, and represents one of the 10 largest leases in the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley to date.
Corporate Center Calabasas, which is located at 26565-26709 Agoura Rd. along the 101-corridor, consists of six newly-renovated office buildings, ranging in size from 38,000 to 93,000 square feet, The property features surface and subterranean parking, a park-like setting and excellent freeway visibility and access.
Cresa’s Matthew Miller represented the tenant. CBRE’s Tom Dwyer, Michael Slater, Caroline Bigelow and Andres Uribe advised the landlord.
Harbor Freight Tools will be relocating from its current location at 26541 Agoura Rd. in Calabasas. It will occupy four of the buildings on campus.
