Harbor Freight Opens Second Anne Arundel County Store

Harbor Freight has selected Robinson Crossing in Severna Park as the site for the group’s second Anne Arundel County location, joining an existing facility in Glen Burnie.

The company, which operates more than 1,600 stores nationally and 22 in Maryland, signed a lease with Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) for 21,202 square feet of space at the nearly 115,000-square-foot shopping center located at 550 Ritchie Highway, and recently initiated operations at the center. CRC Senior Leasing Manager, Anchor Leasing Specialist Cherene Keenan represented the landlord in this transaction.

“The brand fills an important need within the community while also strengthening the center’s merchandising mix with a destination retailer that will drive consistent traffic,” said Kristina O’Keefe, Senior Vice President of Retail Operations at CRC. Robinson Crossing’s tenant mix is comprised of national and locally-owned retailers, restaurants, and service providers including ALDI, Celebree School, Dollar Tree, and Mattress Firm.
