Harbor, Blue Vista Divest Conejo Corporate Campus for $41M
Conejo Corporate Campus, a 196,034-square-foot office campus located at 2380 and 2400 Conejo Spectrum St. in Thousand Oaks, CA has traded hands for $41.35 million. The buyer was Strategic Office Partners, while Harbor Associates and Blue Vista Capital were the sellers.
NKF’s Kevin Shannon, Ken White, Sean Fulp, Scott Schumacher and Ryan Plummer represented the seller.
“The Conejo Valley, and specifically Thousand Oaks, has experienced an explosion of new and expanding biotechnology firms in recent years, significantly reducing the available options for quality office and biotech/R&D product,” said Shannon.
Harbor Associates acquired the campus through NKF in early 2018 when the campus was 50% occupied. The two-building property is now 100% leased and serves as the headquarters for Sage Publications, as well as Atara Biotherapeutics.

Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator.
Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
