Harbor Associates Flex Financing Arranged by Transwestern

A Harbor Associates-owned flex office building in Tustin, specializing in research and development, has received financing for its redevelopment in a deal brokered by Transwestern. Transwestern’s team of Robert Murphy, Gary Limjuco and Steven Orchard handled the deal for Harbor.

Several private investors provided financing for the 39,762-square-foot, two story concrete building. Improvements to be made include a new lobby, new atriums, polished concrete floors, as well as other amenities.

The office building is located at 14201 Franklin Ave., near the Tustin Marketplace and Tustin Legacy Mall.
