Hanley Sells Pads at Sprouts-Anchored Shopping Center in Fontana

Not one, but two multi-tenant retail buildings are off the market after Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors arranged moves on Highland Village Shopping Center in Fontana.

Sprouts Farmers Markets anchors the center, where Hanley arranged the sale of a two-pad retail structure, which account for 13,515 square feet, combined. The deal is for $11 million. It’s also the eighth property Hanley has sold at Highland Village, totaling a combined 61,123 square feet and approximately $40.8 million in total sales.

Hanley EVPs Kevin Fryman, Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko represented the seller, Adler Realty Investments, who completed the ground-up shopping center development in 2018-2019. The buyer, a private exchange investor based in Beverly Hills, was represented by Mark Stein of CPMC Realty in Palm Desert.

Retail tenants run the gamut of offerings – as well as differing clienteles, including: Cafe Rio, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Fatburger, Oggi’s Pizza, AB Barber and Crumbl Cookies, Sit ‘n Sleep, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Jack in the Box, Pacific Dental, Quick Quack Car Wash and Mountain View Tire & Auto Service.

Fryman added that there are 325,000 people within a five-mile radius and an average household income of $89,000 within a one-mile radius of the shopping center.
