Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors completed the $15.8-million sale of Ash Tree Square, a Fresno shopping center anchored by Ross Dress for Less.

Hanley Closes Sale of Ross-Anchored Shopping Center in Fresno

Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors recently completed the sale of Ash Tree Square, an 80,877-square-foot shopping center at 1029-1077 E. Shaw Ave. in Fresno. The sale price was $15,787,200.

VPs Alexander Moore and Sean Cox, along with EVP Kevin Fryman, represented the seller, a private real estate management group based in Orange County. The buyer was a private investor based in Oakland.

Ash Tree Square was built in 1972 and renovated in 2018. Its tenant roster includes Ross Dress for Less, Starbucks Drive-Thru, Wing Stop, Mountain Mike’s Pizza and a synergistic mix of national, regional and local tenants. It sits directly across from the Fashion Fair Mall and a new 81-key Hilton hotel development, and near the 25,000-student Fresno State University.
