Handler Real Estate Organization has arranged six office and retail real estate leases at 44 W. 37th St. in Midtown Manhattan

Handler Real Estate Arranges Six Leases at 44 W. 37th 

Handler Real Estate Organization arranged more than 27,000 square feet of office and retail leasing at Azul NYC’s 44 W. 37th St., a ground-up, 15-story, glass-and-steel property in Midtown Manhattan.  

COO Darell Handler, who leads the property’s agency leasing with colleagues Alex Bush and Kyle Galin, said leasing has been robust since they took over the agency in January 2022, when the property was fully vacant. 

The newly completed leases include: 

  • Patis Bakery leased 3,417 square feet of retail, represented by KSR’s Ike Bibi and Carolina Aziz. 
  • Cosmetics brand Future Beauty Labs leased 4,285-square feet, represented by Bush. 
  • Online retailer MyTheresa signed a long-term, 4,285-sf lease, represented by Saviils’ Michael Leff. 
  • Silver One International leased 8,570 square feet, represented by Handler, Bush and Galin. 
  • Bluestar Clothing Co. leased 4,285 square feet, represented by Handler, Bush and Galin. 
  • Kawa Capital Management leased 2,449 square feet, represented by Handler.
