With four recent leases , 561 Seventh Ave. in Midtown Manhattan is now fully occupied

Handler Brings 561 Seventh Ave. To Full Occupancy 

Handler Real Estate Organization has completed four new office transactions at 561 Seventh Ave., bringing the boutique office property to 100% leased. 

“The success of 561 Seventh Ave. has been a combination of diligence, patience, flexibility, and the underlying confidence that the New York City market would come back,” said Handler CEO Scott Galin.   

The new transactions include:  

  • Music production and entertainment company Element Music signed a short-term, 4,000-square-foot renewal . Darell Handler and Kyle Galin represented both sides.   
  • Out-of-home media not-for-profit Geopath signed a long-term, 3,944-square-foot renewal. Handler and Kyle Galin represented both sides. 
  • Blueprint Lighting signed a long-term, 3,000-square-foot relocation and expansion. Handler and Kyle Galin represented ownership, while Alex Bush of Handler Real Estate Services represented the tenant.    
  • Food logistics company SeaFrigo USA signed a long-term, 2,800-sf relocation for its U.S. headquarters space. Handler and Kyle Galin represented both sides.
