Hana Opens First NYC Location at Silverstein’s 3 World Trade
Hana, a subsidiary of CBRE Group, has officially opened its flexible space location at Silverstein Properties’ 3 World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. Hana at 3 World Trade marks the fifth Hana location in the U.S.
Hana has opened two floors totaling 85,000 square feet. They include enterprise-grade private office suites (Hana Team) conference and events space (Hana Meet) and a portion of the unit dedicated to traditional co-working (Hana Share).
“We are delighted that Hana chose 3 World Trade Center as its first location in New York City,” said Jeremy Moss, EVP, leasing at Silverstein Properties. “Hana’s thoughtfully designed spaces and menu of services will complement our existing INSPIRE amenity program and give companies at the World Trade Center campus unprecedented flexibility.”
As part of CBRE’s strategic investment in flex provider Industrious, all Hana units will be operated by Industrious when the transaction closes in the second quarter.
