Colliers, Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick Signs 15,129 SF Lease at Fisher Corporate Center in Elgin

Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick Signs Fisher Corporate Center Lease

Colliers’ Jonathon Connor and Steve Kling have arranged a 15,129-square-foot headquarters lease with Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick at Fisher Corporate Center located at 1707 N. Randall Road in Elgin on behalf of ownership. David Rogers with RVG Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

The firm is expanding its presence in the western suburb and will move its executive team and office functions from its current location at 380 Shepard Drive to the new space. The company will continue to use the former building as a field office.

“This long-term lease demonstrates that, despite a rapidly changing office market, highly amenitized buildings with stable ownership groups remain a draw,” added Connor. “We are thrilled to welcome Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick to Fisher Corporate Center.”

Built in 1993, Fisher Corporate Center is a four-story, 436,00-square-foot Class A office property located at the I-90 and Randall Road four-way interchange.
