Hampton Inn Changes Hands in McHenry

Marcus & Millichap recently arranged the sale of a 117-key Hampton Inn in the northwestern suburb of McHenry, IL. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Senior Associate Ebrahim Valliani and Associate Michael Klar of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, SVP investments Allan Miller of the Austin office and Dallas-based senior managing director investments Chris Gomes exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and also represented the buyer.

The four-story, upper midscale hotel is located at 1555 S. Illinois Route 31. The property is near the Fox River/Chain O’Lakes and Moraine Hills State Park, and will undergo renovations in the near future in accordance with Hampton by Hilton’s Forever Young Initiative brand standards.
