Hampshire’s Durso Will Oversee Development

The Hampshire Companies has promoted John Durso to head of development. In his new role, Durso will oversee Hampshire’s development activity in the industrial, residential, office, self-storage and retail sectors.

Since joining Morristown, NJ-based Hampshire in 2003, Durso has held numerous roles overseeing the firm’s property, transactional, asset and portfolio management services. He recently oversaw construction of Fox Rothschild’s new headquarters in Morristown.

“For 16 years, John has been an instrumental part of our team as his entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise have allowed him to seamlessly step into a wide range of roles within our firm,” said Deborah Paige Hanson, principal, EVP and fund manager.
