Hamilton Zanze Acquires Enchanted Springs with $40M Loan
A $39.99 million Freddie Mac loan was recently secured for Hamilton Zanze to acquire Enchanted Springs, a 200-unit garden-style apartment community in Colorado Springs, CO. Built in 2020, Enchanted Springs is comprised of 10 three-story apartment buildings on 9.4 acres in a walkable neighborhood near shopping, dining and entertainment.
The pet-friendly property offers a choice of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans, and features a pool with hot tub, sundeck and cabanas. Other amenities include grilling areas, a fitness center and clubhouse lounge.
The loan is structured with a 10-year term. An initial five-year interest-only period is followed by a 30-year amortization schedule.
