Hamilton Redeveloping Flagler Station Business Park

Hamilton Development acquired three adjacent office buildings in the Flagler Station business park:  10451 NW 117th Avenue (Building 1100), 9725 NW 117th Avenue (Building 1200), and 9675 NW 117th Avenue (Building 1300). 

Hamilton plans to redevelop Buildings 1100 and 1200 to offer more than 300,000 square feet of industrial space across two new Class A warehouses. Building 1300, a 158,628 square foot office building, will remain as an office building.

The two new industrial buildings will together be known as the Flagler Station Logistics Center. Hamilton expects to break ground in June 2026, with delivery in June 2027.

The industrial warehouses (154,465 square feet and 153,079 square feet) will be divisible down to 20,000 square feet.

Cameron Tallon with CBRE is the listing broker for the office building 9675 NW 117th Avenue (Building 1300). Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda with Stream Realty Partners are the listing brokers for Flager Station Logistics Center.
