Halvorsen Holdings Breaks Ground on 60K-SF Retail Center in Naples

Real estate developer Halvorsen Holdings has broken ground on Fiddler’s Creek Plaza, a 60,000-square-foot retail center in Naples.

Located at the intersection of Tamiami Trail/U.S. Highway 41 and Sandpiper Drive, the center sits at the future east entrance to the Fiddler’s Creek community which at buildout will contain approximately 6,000 homes. The Publix-anchored center is slated to be completed by summer 2021. The land was purchased in early 2020 by Halvorsen for $3.3 million.

The 48,000-square-foot Publix is one of the company’s newest prototype models and will feature a drive-thru pharmacy and updated layout with a mezzanine level. Additionally, there is 12,000 square feet of small shop space available including a 2,925-square-foot end-cap restaurant space with an outdoor patio. Three outparcels are also available for sale or ground lease.
