Halston Leases 14K-SF at 25 W. 39th St.

Luxury fashion label Halston has leased 14,440 square feet at 25 West 39th St. for its New York showroom in Midtown Manhattan.

“We are pleased to welcome Halston to 25 West 39th Street, a magnificent office building with a storied history and ideal location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan,” said Melissa Gliatta, chief operating officer of Thor Equities.

The 16-story limestone and brick building features soaring ceilings, a rooftop terrace, and on-site parking. It was built in 1907 as the Engineering Societies’ Building, with a $1.5 million gift from Andrew Carnegie.
