Halpern Picks Up Knoxville Retail Center

Halpern Enterprises acquired Harvest Park Centre, a 166,035-square-foot shopping center at 5439 Washington Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee. Fidelis listed the property on its website. Berkeley Capital Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.

The power center is anchored by national retailers Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, and Five Below and shadow-anchored by Target.

Built in 2007, Harvest Park Centre features Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, Bath & Body Works, AT&T, Sports Clips, and Sally Beauty Supply, among others. The property enjoys exceptional visibility along Washington Pike, with traffic counts of approximately 20,500 vehicles per day and proximity to nearby retailers such as Walmart Supercenter and Kohl’s.

Harvest Park Centre serves as East Knoxville’s primary retail hub, attracting shoppers from a vast trade area where 52% of customers travel more than five miles.
