Halozyme Therapeutics Leases 73,000SF in Del Mar Heights

Cushman & Wakefield represented biopharmaceutical company Halozyme Therapeutics in leasing 73,000 square feet of Class A space at the Del Mar Corporate Centre in San Diego. Halozyme will relocate and consolidate from three different buildings in Sorrento Valley and make the new location its headquarters.

Owned by Kilroy Realty, Del Mar Corporate Center (DMCC) features well-appointed design with striking common areas and outdoor lounges. The campus is surrounded by world-class shopping and dining and also has excellent visibility from Interstate 5.
