Halliburton to Auction 103K-SF Alice, TX Facility

Halliburton Co. contracted with Tulsa, OK-based Williams & Williams to auction off its 20-acre, 103,300-square-foot facility in Alice, TX, approximately 15 miles south of San Antonio. The Energy company shuttered the building in March of last year, as part of a cost-cutting measure in response to the dropping price of crude oil.

The facility at 850 Commerce St. operated for 16 years, and consists of office and industrial space. Williams & Williams is marketing the property to oil and gas companies. The auction takes place Sept. 27, with an opening bid of $1 million. The auction will take place simultaneously at the property and online.
