Hall Group at Work on 17th Building in Hall Park

Construction is underway on Hall Group’s latest project, a 300,000-square-foot office building at Hall Park in Frisco, TX. The building will be Hall Group’s 17th on the 162-acre development. And, at 12 stories, it will also be the tallest. The building at 3201 Dallas Pkwy. will deliver between late 2017 and early 2018.

Hall Group Chairman and founder Craig Hall opened the first speculative building in Hall Park in 1998. The office park is 96% leased, and offers water features, walking trails, and artwork by Texas artists. The development is master-planned for three-million square feet of office space.
